The first image I chose to Edit in PS and bring back to LRC are these oranges. I used the lasso tool in PS to remove the indent in the cutting board. I adjusted the hue, saturation and lightness in PS. When I brought it back to LRC I adjusted the tone, tint, highlights, shadows, blacks and whites as well as the saturation. The final image has a reduced green tone and a softer and warmer exposure.

For the second image I worked on in PS I created a composite of two images from the bread shoot for a double exposure. In LRC I selected the images, edited in, and opened them as layers in PS, two images appeared on layers, and from the top layer I double-clicked the empty space on the layer to open up advanced blending mode options. I turned off different channels to achieve the desired look then brought it back to LRC to edit the image further.

The 3rd image of grapefruits and lemons utilized colour lookup and photofilter layers in PS. I did some minor adjustments in LRC then opened in PS where I added two adjustment layers. For the photofilter layer I used the Kodak 5218 setting. For the colour look up I used yellow at 25 %. I like this one the best of the 4 PS edits I made, the colour looks natural and vibrant while still having a film aesthetic.

My last image for the tech exercises replaced the background of plain black to this plant pattern. I made some minor adjustments in LRC then opened with PS where I used the magic wand tool to select and edit different pieces of the background. I also selected and enhanced the green in the basil. Unfortunately this is my least favorite of the 4, but I wanted to try something new and exciting and it has a fun and unrealistic effect which is a bit humorous.
